When approaching our facility from the south, you will notice that we have installed a 75.6 kilowatt solar electric system on the south facing roofs of our facility. Akira is producing approximately 130,000 kilowatt hours of clean electrical energy annually. Akira is FSC® Chain-of-Custody (CoC) certified (FSC-CO11627). We understand the importance of minimizing our impact and using sustainable and non-toxic materials and are continually striving to find better, safer and greener ways to do business.
